It is also customary to meet with the accused physician in order to get both sides of the story and if possible to suggest a our of court settlement.

Should your attempt to resolve your complaint fail, you may then escalate matters and put a formal complaint into both the administration of the hospital or clinic and file a claim with the governing body for the certification of doctor in your country.
